Sumner Valley School-Age Program offers before and after school care to Maple Lawn Elementary children.  The school-age program follows the Sumner school district calendar. 

Great attention is given to making children feel welcome and at home.  The classroom is designed to provide space for group and individual work.  Learning areas are set up to encourage children to explore, create and relax.  In addition to the different learning areas we implement a theme based activity each day.

Monday: arts and crafts

Tuesday: movie day

Wednesday: organized group activities

Thursday: cooking class

Friday: game day

Children are offered a daily opportunity to work on homework and receive additional homework assistance.

Class size is limited to 15 children.
